Sponsorship Levels
Presenting Benefactor | $40,000
The Presenting Benefactor is the premier sponsorship opportunity for the 2025 Convening. With only one available, the Presenting Benefactor will received prime recognition through the convening and will be known to attendees as an integral partner of FCCP and our convening in Montgomery. Because of you , FCCP’s 2025 Convening will be a success.
This level includes:
Become a Sponsor
- Five complimentary convening registrations & five discounted convening registrations (for a total of 10 tickets) for institutional attendees or donated toward our scholarship pool
- Access to all VIP opportunities for sponsors attendees (up to 10)
- Public recognition at all primetime events and opportunity to give a brief opening or closing remarks at the event
- Photo opportunity with keynote and other high-profile special guests
- Opportunity to co-brand with FCCP attendee welcome bags and opportunity to distribute a mutually agreed upon item
- Opportunity to sponsor a pre or post-convening session on mutually agreed upon topic

Equity & Inclusion Partners | $30,000
The Equity & Inclusion Partners’ support will be used to provide 10 scholarships toward registration for the convening to individuals who may not otherwise be able to attend. FCCP will prioritize BIPOC leaders and those from funding entities with a grantmaking budget of under $5,000,000 annually. Unused sponsorship funds will be treated as general support.
This level includes:
- Four complimentary convening registrations & four discounted convening registrations (for a total of 10 tickets) for institutional attendees or donated toward our scholarship pool
- Access to all VIP opportunities for sponsors attendees (up to 8)
- Opportunity to give brief remarks on a select day
- Photo opportunity with keynote and other high-profile special guests
- Opportunity to distribute a mutually agreed upon item in attendee welcome bags
- Opportunity to cohost a post-convening webinar
- Top-tier recognition on on-site signage, website & walk-in slides
- Prime recognition with logo inside the convening program

Attendee Experience Ambassadors | $25,000
Attendee Experience Ambassadors ensure each participant in FCCP’s 2025 Convening has a stellar time from when they arrive to when they depart, and everything in between. From helping to sponsor and secure keynotes to onsite materials and swag, our Attendee Experience Ambassadors will ensure participants have an exceptional time in Montgomery.

Self-Care & Healing Allies | $20,000.00
Self-Care & Healing Allies bring to the forefront FCCP’s commitment to wellness and sustainability in our movement. Sponsorships in this area will help FCCP offer experiences like: wellness welcome kits, nourishment opportunities, adaptive exercise activities and/or expert speakers. We seek to provide self-care and healing opportunities as we continue the vital, but mentally taxing work of democracy.

Community & Connection Champions | $15,000.00
Community and Connection Champions bring the look, feel, and taste of the 2025 convening. Through this sponsorship, you will help welcome attendees to Alabama and immerse them in the vibrant culture and community that makes it so special. Supported activities may include: our welcome reception and other special cultural and volunteer activities. You will also help ensure FCCP can use local vendors, keeping our dollars spent in the local community.
This level includes:

- Access to all VIP opportunities for sponsors attendees (up to 2)
- Photo opportunity with keynote and other high-profile special guests

Power to the People Patrons | $10,000.00
Power to the People Patrons will help ensure FCCP continues to deepen our commitment to providing a space where funders and field practitioners can learn, reflect, and collaborate together. Through this sponsorship, you will help underwrite the costs of practitioner partners who present at the 2025 convening.
