Most recently, he served as the executive director of The Partnership Funds, a funding collaborative dedicated to winning greater democracy and equity—from New Mexico to Minnesota to Virginia and beyond. As the founder of his own consulting firm, a senior leader at the Tides Foundation, and an early staff member at Ballot Initiative Strategy Center, Steven has earned a reputation as an entrepreneurial, collaborative leader.
