Special Assistant to the Executive Director
Lois Greer (she/her) serves as FCCP’s Special Assistant to the Executive Director. She is passionate and committed to upholding the core values of a democracy that is equitable, inclusive, and representative of the people. Lois has several years of experience in office administration and operations across the non-profit sector. Previously, she served as Executive Assistant to President and CEO of Common Cause; and served as Co-chair of the Racial Equity Advisory Board, and the Human Resources and Communications subcommittees to ensure the organization’s policies and practices were aligned and centered around racial justice, diversity, equity and inclusion, and support implementation. Lois also held a position at the Ronald Reagan Building’s Office for Trade Promotion as Administrative Assistant and Office Coordinator, where she managed student programs and initiatives, trade event logistics, and marketing. Lois also previously worked as Office Manager at the Alzheimer’s Association.
Lois graduated from Trinity Washington University with her Master of Arts degree in Communications. In her down time, Lois enjoys hot yoga and all things holistic.
