Membership and Development Director
Elizabeth Shapiro joins FCCP as Membership and Development Director. She will lead FCCP’s donor cultivation activities and develop member-engagement programs to deepen support for FCCP’s work and civic engagement grantmaking. Elizabeth spent three years at the American Diabetes Association most recently as Director, Strategy and Planning. In this role, Elizabeth developed and implemented processes and systems to drive and assess impact and ROI.
Elizabeth previously served as Director of Development for Good360, an organization that brings together nonprofits, companies and individuals to do more good, together. Elizabeth’s previous experience also includes serving as Senior Development Manager of State Voices, where she increased the organization’s development efforts in a way that positively impacted their affiliated organizations and partners. Elizabeth is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Jewish Studies and a self-designed Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Public and Political Policy. When she is not focused on nonprofit work or cheering on Hoosier sports, Elizabeth can be found with her husband and daughter going on global “foodventures” in search of the next best restaurant or delicious hole in the wall.
