
Special Assistant to the Executive Director
Ariagna Cantoran joined FCCP in October 2022 as a Special Assistant to the Executive Director. She is responsible for directly assisting with high-level administrative, project, communications, and relationship management support for the Executive Director of the Funders’ Committee for Civic Participation (FCCP) and FCCP’s Advisory Board.
Ariagna is a dedicated and multi-faceted bilingual professional skilled in nonprofit administrative services, operations and project management. She is a seasoned executive professional with 7 years of experience working in a high volume executive office directly supporting the Executive Director, managing contract deliverables and audits, coordinating board and leadership meetings, serving as a liaison to public officials and managing project timelines. Ariagna believes that diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to any organization’s success. She prioritizes a diversity of perspectives in her work, and makes it a point to include a range of diverse voices in the work that she does and is excited to be a part of FCCP’s team.
Prior to assuming her role at FCCP, Ariagna served as an Operations Manager and Executive Assistant for a nonprofit based in Upland, California. Ariagna is expected to complete her B.A in Sociology from the California State University of San Bernardino. When not working Ariagna enjoys working out, attending basketball games, and spending time with her family.
