While this year has called for unprecedented shifts in 2020 election approaches, efforts are underway to address uncertain outcomes and threats to election integrity.
On August 5, 506 philanthropic leaders, representing nearly every state across the country, issued a letter to the US Department of Commerce with a clear message: Don’t cut the census short.
The Funders Census Initiative, in coordination with Census Counts and the CUNY Mapping Service, hosted a weekly — then bimonthly — briefing for funders and practitioners during the 2020 Census self-response phase.
